Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

The following refund policy applies to credits purchased on The Hairframe:

  • Unused Credits: Credits that have not been used after purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Partially Used Credits: If some credits have been used, a prorated refund is available for the unused portion.
  • Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have already been used (completed syntheses)
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Credits received through promotions or as free bonuses

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. 2. Include the email address used for purchase and the purchase date.
  3. 3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days of submission.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Additional time may be required for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer.

5. Refunds for Technical Issues

If credits were not properly used due to technical issues with our service, those credits will be restored or refunded. Please contact our support team with screenshots when reporting technical problems.
