Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the conditions and procedures for using The Hairframe (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the service provider.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides:

  • AI-powered hairstyle synthesis image generation
  • Face analysis and personalized hairstyle recommendations
  • Preview generation of recommended hairstyles

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

  • The first hairstyle synthesis is free (once per account and device)
  • Subsequent syntheses require credits, with 1 credit per synthesis
  • Credits can be purchased in packages
  • Payments are processed through Stripe

Article 4 (Refund Policy)

  • 100% refund available for unused credits
  • Partial refunds available for partially used credit packages
  • Refund requests should be submitted through customer service
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Important Notice

  • Limitations of AI-Generated Images: Generated images are virtual results created by AI and may differ from actual salon results.
  • Reference Purpose Only: Please use generated images only as reference when visiting a salon. Actual results may vary depending on hair condition, stylist skills, etc.
  • No Guarantee of Results: The Service does not guarantee the feasibility or suitability of any specific hairstyle.
  • Image Quality: Due to the nature of AI technology, some images may have unnatural artifacts.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

  • You must only upload photos of yourself
  • You must not upload photos that infringe on others' portrait rights
  • You must not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • You must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

  • You own the copyright to the generated images
  • You may freely use generated images for personal purposes
  • The Service's UI, technology, and prompts are the intellectual property of the service provider

Article 8 (Service Changes and Termination)

The service provider may modify or discontinue the Service for operational or technical reasons. Important changes will be announced in advance. Unused credits will be refunded upon service termination.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in the appropriate court.

Article 10 (Effective Date)

These Terms of Service are effective as of January 1, 2024.
